We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our clients team in Wakefield. This is a full-time, ongoing position, ideal for drivers who enjoy multi-drop work and working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-drop deliveries of various goods to various locations
- Start times between 04:00 and 07:00, Monday to Friday
- Heavy lifting will be handled by a 2-man team
- Driving either 18T or 7.5T vehicles, depending on the route
- Solo and double-manned deliveries depending on load and route
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Class 2 driving experience
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence
- Up-to-date CPC and Digi Tacho
- No more than 6 points on your licence, no major endorsements
- Experience with multi-drop deliveries preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
