Pertemps Sheffield are currently recruiting for a Transport Office Clerk to join the team of one of our long-standing clients, based in Armthorpe, Doncaster! The shift pattern available is the day shift (5am – 5pm). Successful candidates will be following a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Working for a global supply chain, your duties will involve:
- General office duties
- Meet and greet workers and drivers
- Answering the phone and responding to emails
- Booking in, handing out start times and allocating keys to drivers
- Dealing with any queries
- Assisting with the daily planning of staff and routes
- Assisting the FLM
- Reporting KPIs
- Logging attendance
- Liaising with agencies regarding staff/pay queries
Successful Candidates:
- Punctual, reliable and hard-working individual
- Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic
- Be over the age of 18 years old for insurance purposes
- Respectful of all staff and vehicles
- Previous experience within an administrative role is preferred.
- Previous experience within transport is not essential however it is desirable.
Other Information:
