Pertemps are currently working with a Financial Services based company who are looking to expand their team. Working within the Vulnerable Customer's department, you will work as an essential arm of the business, providing guidance and advice to customers who need extra support. This is a very well-suited role for those with a caring and empathetic nature. This would be a great opportunity for those currently working within a Care or Nursery environment and are looking for a change of career.

Salary: £25,000 pa

Hybrid working: 3 days in our Kilmarnock office and 2 days working at home (after 3 months)

37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday Shift Pattern 8-4 or 9-5)

28 days holidays (increasing to 31 days after 5 years)

Pension (5% employee and minimum 4% employer contributions)

As a Vulnerable Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with the aim of helping customers during their time of need. You’ll receive best-in-class training to provide you with the skills required to perform successfully in your role. Once trained, you will work within a Voice team and become a valued member of our wider Collections team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a long-term career with a multi-national company based in our ‘award winning’ and ‘low carbon’ HALO Kilmarnock site.
