We\’re Hiring: Site Supervisor
Are you an experienced team leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Were looking for a hands-on Supervisor to join our team and lead by example, managing a small, close-knit crew on-site to deliver outstanding service to a demanding but rewarding client.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a small team to consistently deliver high standards of service.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including time sheet management, weekly rosters, and general admin.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and HR policies.
  • Act as the main liaison with store managers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and light repairs to the on-site trolley fleet.
  • Support the development and training of your team, fostering flexibility and high morale.

  • Based in or around Edinburgh role is Straiton based.
  • Proven experience leading a small team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive.
  • Comfortable using basic IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, apps).
  • Able to work flexible shifts (incl. evenings/weekends).
  • Willingness to travel for initial training (covered by us).

Working Hours:

  • Earliest start: 09:00 | Latest finish: 21:30 (MonFri)
  • Weekend hours: 09:0020:30
  • Occasional early starts (06:00) during quarterly maintenance periods.
