πŸ•’ Hours: Monday to Friday (36 hours per week)
πŸ’· Pay Rate: Β£14.02 per hour
πŸ“… Duration: Temporary ongoing (opportunity for progression)

About the Role

As a Business Support Administrator (Reconciliations Team), you will play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing bank and cash reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Handling cash and payment processing with precision and confidentiality.
  • Updating internal systems and databases to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Using Excel spreadsheets to analyse and record data.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
  • Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring compliance with organisational and statutory requirements.

About You

  • Has previous experience in an office or finance support role.
  • Is confident working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data entry.
  • Possesses excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Works accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Has a proactive, customer-focused approach.
