Job Description

Position:Legal Secretary Private Client/Conveyancing
Location:Edinburgh

Pertemps are recruiting a Legal Secretary to join our client, a local law firm. The idea candidate will have experience working in with a legal firm and ideally exposure to Private Client or Conveyancing work.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide comprehensive administrative support
– Draft, format and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
– Maintain an organized filing system for case files and legal documents.
– Manage schedules, appointments and meetings.
– Communicate with clients, court officials, and other parties on behalf of the legal team.
– Handle incoming calls and correspondence efficiently.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment.
