Investigating Officer in Edinburgh

Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting for an Investigating Officer on a temporary basis.

Role – Investigating Officer
Location – Edinburgh city centre (will require travel across the city)
Hours – Monday – Friday, 36 hours per week
Pay – £23.56 per hour
Duration – temporary for 6 months
Start asap

The successful candidate will be carrying out, but not limited to:

• Carrying out a case load of investigations, which may include discipline, grievances and whistleblowing, from the initial planning stage through to interviews, preparation and presentation of investigation reports
• Reviewing and recording all reported incidents
• Undertaking further analysis
• Escalating cases to the relevant teams as required
• Ensuring meeting notes are detailed and accurate
• Supporting with any other tasks as required

You should have strong investigation skills and a proven track record in a similar role.
