Job Description
Pertemps are currently looking to speak to candidates who speak Turkish and English fluently, preferably with previous experience in an administration or customer support-based role. The role is working for a global client based in Glasgow who offers a fantastic working environment along with an excellent salary and benefits.

Salary up to £28k depending on experience.
This role will be working in the office 3 days per week.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the collection of outstanding debt, and oversight of all cash reconciliation.
- Work with and support the offshore Credit Control team, providing clear information and a point of contact for any issues they may have.
- Act as a primary contact point to resolve all Credit Control issues.
- In collaboration with the Credit Control Team Leader, review processes and procedures on a regular basis to identify efficiency gains, documenting and rolling out where required.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley control documents relevant to the team and ensure that they are maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
- Regular reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader on all key responsibilities.
Required Experience:
- Attention to detail.
- Minimum fluency in Turkish and English languages.
- Experience within a Customer Service, processing, or administrative role.
- Experience in following written instructions, data entry, and document/report drafting is advantageous.
