Job Description

Pertemps are currently looking to speak to candidates who speak Turkish and English fluently, preferably with previous experience in an administration or customer support-based role. The role is working for a global client based in Glasgow who offers a fantastic working environment along with an excellent salary and benefits.

Salary up to £28k depending on experience.

This role will be working in the office 3 days per week.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Responsible for the collection of outstanding debt, and oversight of all cash reconciliation.
  2. Work with and support the offshore Credit Control team, providing clear information and a point of contact for any issues they may have.
  3. Act as a primary contact point to resolve all Credit Control issues.
  4. In collaboration with the Credit Control Team Leader, review processes and procedures on a regular basis to identify efficiency gains, documenting and rolling out where required.
  5. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley control documents relevant to the team and ensure that they are maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
  6. Regular reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader on all key responsibilities.

Required Experience:

  1. Attention to detail.
  2. Minimum fluency in Turkish and English languages.
  3. Experience within a Customer Service, processing, or administrative role.
  4. Experience in following written instructions, data entry, and document/report drafting is advantageous.
