Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal

Were delighted to be working with a long-established and respected legal practice to recruit an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, client-focused team with an excellent reputation in the Scottish legal market.
With a strong presence across central Scotland, the firm continues to grow and is now looking to expand its commercial property team. You\’ll report directly to two directors and play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to a varied commercial client base.
The Role
Youll manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions from start to finish. This includes sales, purchases, leases, title investigations and associated due diligence. Youll liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to progress transactions efficiently and professionally.
Duties
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including leases, dispositions, and loan documentation
- Conducting title checks, property searches, and due diligence
- Managing client communications and keeping all parties updated throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
- Working confidently in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
About You
- Proven experience in commercial conveyancing, ideally managing files independently
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication – both written and verbal
- A positive, solutions-driven approach to client care
- Comfortable working as part of a team and on your own initiative
