Audit & Compliance Support Officer Glasgow (Hybrid Working Available) Salary: £29,809 – £33,703 per annum (subject to 2025/26 pay award) Full-Time | Permanent Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build your career in governance and compliance? We are recruiting on behalf of a large, respected organisation for a Governance & Compliance Support Officer to join their team in Glasgow. The Role: You will work closely with the Audit & Compliance Manager to ensure governance, risk, and compliance processes are embedded and effectively maintained across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the integrity and accountability of a public-facing company. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of the Annual Governance Questionnaire, ensuring evidence is accurately reviewed and deadlines are met. Collate and assess audit evidence, contributing to internal reports and recommendations. Maintain corporate records and documentation, including insurance policies, legal agreements, and contracts. Assist with the upkeep of the Corporate Risk Register using the Pentana system. Conduct sample checks and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with internal procedures. Provide governance-related support to senior management and new projects. Uphold Health & Safety and risk management standards.About You: Previous experience in governance, compliance, or a business support environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to interpret policies and procedures to make informed decisions. Desirable: Experience with property management systems such as Propman, or experience in a commercial property environment.Requirements: Minimum SQA Higher (or equivalent) in Administration & IT, Business Management, or English.For more information please contact Codie Smith at Pertemps
