Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations across multiple sites
- Process supplier invoices accurately through Sage Paperless
- Manage supplier reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and execute monthly payment runs
- Reconcile bank transactions and support month-end closures in Sage
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting
- Contribute to VAT return submissions
- Take part in project work such as site cost analysis and other finance initiatives
