Pertemps are currently working with a prestigious organisation based in the Finnieston area of Glasgow who are looking to expand their finance team. They now have an excellent opportunity for an Entry Level Finance Administrator, ideal for a school leaver or someone looking to start their first career in finance or accounts. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a genuine interest in numbers and finance. Main Duties:
- Managing the finance department’s incoming and outgoing mail
- Processing invoices into the purchase ledger
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Inputting and maintaining data using MS Excel
- Updating financial reports
- Assisting with other ad hoc finance duties as required
