Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Swift Valley, Rugby (Warwickshire)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour shifts (rotating days & nights)
Hours: 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am
Pay: £12.79 per hour, rising to £15.11 per hour after 12 weeks
Overtime: Up to £30 per hour depending on shift
We’re looking for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join a fast-paced, friendly team based on Swift Valley in Rugby. You’ll be working with a well-established logistics operation, supporting warehouse movements, loading/unloading, and general forklift duties.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Supporting general warehouse operations when required
What we need from you:
- Valid Counterbalance Licence (in-date)
- Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Reliability and a good attitude toward teamwork
- Ability to work both days and nights on a rotating basis
