Job Title: Shipping Administrator (Import & Export) (Part time) Location: Rugby Salary: £14.00phr Job Type: Part time – Flexible working hours We are currently seeking an experienced Shipping Administrator with strong import and export knowledge to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Working in a small, collaborative team, the role of the Shipping & General Office Administrator will be to arrange and to manage relevant customs documentation for UK/Worldwide shipments of laser systems and spare parts. Duties and responsibilities: Sales order processing Credit Control Liaising with freight forwarders and couriers Liaising with customers and suppliers to arrange UK and worldwide shipments Obtaining quotes from freight forwarders and couriers Dealing with customs queries and resolving issues Import customs clearance instructions Maintaining and understanding export and import records, obtaining C88, Import/export entries and AWB querying when necessary Support the service department with admin, preparing quotations, packaging and shipment General Office tasks    What we are looking for in the right candidate: Experience in Export compliance and shipping is essential Good decision-making skills, ability to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads A methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities Conscientious with a high level of attention to detail Able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team Customer focused    If you are interested and want to apply, please send in your application, you can alternatively call us on (phone number removed) or email cv to (url removed) quoting “Shipping Admin” Due to high number of applications we are unable to get back to everyone. if you do not hear back within 72 hours your CV hasnt been shortlisted at this time
