Hours: 37.5 hours a week contract rotating shifts 6-2pm & 2-10pm
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to work in a fast-paced logistics environment? We are currently seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Rugby.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customs-related documentation for each booking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Input data for vendor bookings into systems such as Webbook and VLA.
- Communicate with customers and vendors to obtain or update information as needed.
- Support European Planners with purchase order, collection, import, and export queries.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues, vendors, and partners.
- Contribute to the achievement of customer KPIs and overall performance metrics.
- Assist colleagues with customer queries when required.
- Support the Line Manager on operational matters and daily tasks.
- Respond promptly to urgent issues and escalate to the appropriate teams or individuals when necessary.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics administration role is preferred.
- Good understanding of import/export documentation and customs processes is advantageous.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with booking systems (Webbook, VLA) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
