We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused administrator to join our Learning Technologies team on a temporary basis. The position is based in Solihull, B91. My client wants someone to start ASAP ideally Monday 24th February 2025 The role is full-time (37 hours per week). Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet students, directing them to specific areas. Monitor the computer centre, ensuring students follow centre guidelines. Answer enquiries and provide excellent customer service. Troubleshoot Microsoft Office issues. Book groups into a shared calendar.Essential Skills and Attributes: Excellent customer service and people skills. Good general IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office apps. Friendly, motivated, and positive individual. Ability to work effectively with staff and students, primarily aged 16-19.Ideal Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a learning or educational environment. Background in a customer-oriented role.Working Pattern: There is flexibility with start and end times, but the suggested working hours are: Monday:09:00 – 17:00 (7.5 hrs) Tuesday:09:00 – 17:00 (7.5 hrs) Wednesday:08:30 – 16:30 (7.5 hrs) Thursday:08:30 – 16:30 (7.5 hrs) Friday:09:00 – 16:30 (7.0 hrs) Total Hours:37 per week, with a 30-minute lunch break each day.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for supporting learners and possess strong customer service and IT skills, we would love to hear from you!
