My client is a large retailer based in Redditch who are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team at a busy period. You will be responsible for supporting candidates through the entire onboarding process. Recruitment Administrator Temporary – ongoing (3 months minimum) £11.44 per hour Monday – Friday / 8:45am-5pm The Successful candidate will be joining an established administration team of 2 working within the Halfords Recruitment team, their duties will be but not limited to: Processing Compliance Checks. Arranging inductions / Start dates with stakeholders and candidates. Issue contracts through ATS. Support candidates through onboarding process. Diary Management. Making sure the correct information is advertised. Completing offers. Updating and maintaining internal records for training. New Hire and Internal Transfer administration.
