Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Customer Service/ Helpdesk Advisor to join a long standing and successful company based in Redditch. This is a growing company who offer fantastic support and training programmes to ensure you will be successful in this position. The company have professional offices with free parking and due to continued growth, they are looking for ambitious candidates who are looking for a long-term career and they will offer you the training and personal development in return for your hard work.

HOURS ARE TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY 8.30AM-5PM (office based, no hybrid or negotiation on days; please do not apply if you cannot commit to these hours/days. Thanks in advance)

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent levels of customer service and meeting all quality and conduct guidelines inline with our business purpose, mission & values.
  • Quickly identifying the customer and the level of formality required for the specific contact.
  • Identifying the needs of the customer and quickly deciding how to meet and exceed those needs.
  • Providing customers with accurate information.
  • Updating our database with stringent accuracy.
  • Using knowledge and experience to provide relevant support and appropriate advice to our customers.
  • Spotting changes in trading experience patterns and taking relevant actions to confirm pending court actions or other key factors that may be contributing to the change.
  • Informing customers ensuring they have the information they need to make an informed credit decision.
  • Carrying out relevant and appropriate investigations and enquiries on behalf of our customers ensuring they have the information they need to make an informed credit decision.
  • Offering support and advice on credit related matters.
  • Carrying out own research and keeping updated with industry practices and knowledge.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Hard working, motivated and enthusiastic individual to work within their customer service team.

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary of £16,448 per annum with annual pay review and excellent benefits, including healthcare cash plan, compassionate leave, flexible holiday allowance and more.
