Job Title: Marketing Executive Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 Location: Solihull, Office Based Job Description for Marketing Executive: We have the exciting opportunity for a marketing executive to join a growing company in the Solihull area. They are an E-Commerce business with this role having a key focus on digital marketing and a strong understanding of Google Ads and Analytics. This role is a standalone position with the potential for team growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience within similar role and ready to take the next step into a standalone position where they would have the ability to innovatively grow a team through successful campaign/project management and marketing success. Duties and Responsibilities of the Marketing Executive: Delivery, tracking, analysing of campaigns actively using data to improve each campaign. Work on the copy and creation of marketing material including leaflets, brochures, signage, business documents and stationery. Excellent attention to detail is a must to ensure briefs are thorough and hit the business requirements first time. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimise the user experience through our website and improve where applicable. Assist in the design and formulation of effective paid campaigns across social media and SEM. Identify marketing platforms which can improve workflow and efficiency. Responsible for social media; TikTok, Instagram, Facebook – Identify trends to improve exposure and brand visibility. Create strategic social media campaigns this includes creating and delivering effective content. Skills and Experience required for Marketing Executive: Proven experience within a marketing role with high exposure to digital marketing. Strong knowledge of website analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GSC, Google paid ads). Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns. Excellent attention to detail and accurate. Innovative, creative and ability to produce and deliver on marketing projects end to end. This is a full time office based position within the Solihull area offering a salary of £27-35,000 per year based on a 37.5 hour working week. 20 days holidays plus bank holidays.
