An established and fast-growing organisation is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join its Inventory team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or an experienced operations professional looking to develop their career within a collaborative and data-driven environment.
The Inventory Coordinator will maintain accurate inventory records within the organisation's ERP system and support day-to-day inventory and warehouse administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining accurate inventory records within the ERP system
- Supporting day-to-day inventory and warehouse management activities
- Producing and developing inventory and management reports using Excel
- Analysing large volumes of data to identify trends, discrepancies, and risks
- Supporting stock reconciliations and investigations
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve inventory-related issues
- Ensuring systems and processes are followed and continuously improved
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience using ERP or similar business systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive problem solver able to work to tight deadlines
- Confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- A graduate in Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline with relevant placement experience
- Or previous experience within an operations, inventory, or supply chain role
- Good understanding of business systems, processes, and data accuracy
