An established and fast-growing organisation is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join its Inventory team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or an experienced operations professional looking to develop their career within a collaborative and data-driven environment.

The Inventory Coordinator will maintain accurate inventory records within the organisation's ERP system and support day-to-day inventory and warehouse administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records within the ERP system
  • Supporting day-to-day inventory and warehouse management activities
  • Producing and developing inventory and management reports using Excel
  • Analysing large volumes of data to identify trends, discrepancies, and risks
  • Supporting stock reconciliations and investigations
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve inventory-related issues
  • Ensuring systems and processes are followed and continuously improved
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines
About the Candidate:
  • Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
  • Experience using ERP or similar business systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive problem solver able to work to tight deadlines
  • Confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach
Experience & Background:
  • A graduate in Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline with relevant placement experience
  • Or previous experience within an operations, inventory, or supply chain role
  • Good understanding of business systems, processes, and data accuracy
