Our client has an exciting opportunity for you to join their HR team as an Internal Recruiter & Training Coordinator based out of their offices in Droitwich (office based full time no hybrid). Internal Recruiter & Training Coordinator key responsibilities include:

  • Providing frontline support and answering a range of queries on recruitment and HR matters
  • Supporting the administration of all pre-employment screening and recruitment administration within service level agreements, including references, right to work and DBS checks
  • Maintaining confidential personnel files and ensure the HR database is continually updated
  • Supporting end to end recruitment through the use of an Applicant Tracking System
  • Responsible for providing Training support and managing compliance; keeping up to date with training policies and procedures
  • Contacting and inviting applicants to pre-screen and interviews
  • Liaising with Managers about positions required within the business
  • Supporting the full induction process for all new starters

The successful Internal Recruiter & Training Coordinator will hold the following essential skills and experience:

  • Previous recruitment and onboarding experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clients
  • Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficient in using HR and Recruitment systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Methodical approach and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
