About the Role: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and confident Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a 6-week temporary contract. In this role, you will be speaking directly with clients and carers to gather feedback using a structured and scripted form. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to clients and carers to gather feedback
