Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of a well-established retailer who are looking for a motivated Visual Merchandising Planner to join their Head Office team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone keen to get into office-based work with scope to grow.

Monday - Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm. No more weekend work!

The Role:

  • Create clear, visually appealing merchandising guides and planograms that drive sales.
  • Analyse sales and space data to design commercially viable merchandising packs.
  • Work closely with Floor Planning, Buying teams, and data analysts.
  • Support store visits for reviews or new store openings.
  • Maintain and update merchandising plans for your assigned departments.

About You:

  • Some commercial or retail experience is a must; visual merchandising is advantageous but not essential.
  • Methodical, accurate, and numerate.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using PC software including Windows, Microsoft Office, Photoshop or InDesign (or equivalent).
  • Experience with micro space planning software is a plus.

This is a temp-to-perm role with standard office hours, ideal for someone looking to start or develop their career in a dynamic office environment.
