We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy team in Plympton. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administration background, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full order journey: enter, track, and update customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, handling profiles, certifications, NDAs, and credit applications.
- Act as the customer's main point of contact: communicate order status, shipping preferences, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Liaise with production teams to ensure on-time delivery and elevate risks where necessary.
- Support quotations and collaborate with technical teams on custom and pre-engineered projects.
- Maintain organised electronic filing systems for data, drawings, and pricing.
- Oversee stock code setup, specifications, pricing, and compliance with UK export regulations.
- Work with Quality teams on returns, warranties, and service rework.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by standardising database entries and improving data accuracy.
