What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is at the heart of operations, helping to keep things running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Coordinating travel bookings for staff.
  • Supporting retail operations, from PPE and training to health & safety reporting.
  • Managing staff discount card administration and operational support tasks.
  • Providing first-line support for retail stores, answering queries and directing them to the right teams.
  • Assisting with recruitment for new store openings.
  • Maintaining accurate records, processing data, and managing in-house systems.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in retail administration or a similar support role is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail – accuracy is key!
  • Excellent organisational skills – able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident communicator – able to build strong relationships with teams across the business.
  • Good IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
