Are you highly organised, people-focused, and ready for your next career move? We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment & Operations Assistant to join a growing Head Office team in Plymouth.
This is a varied role where you\’ll be at the heart of the operations, supporting both internal departments and retail stores. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning your hand to different tasks, this could be the role for you.
What you\’ll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for retail store queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly or directed to the right team
- Supporting with recruitment activity for new store openings – previous recruitment experience would be a real advantage here
- Handling HR-related queries for both store and Head Office employees
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff
- Managing system user accounts, staff discount cards and training documents
- Collecting, recording and reporting on departmental data, including Health & Safety reports
- Producing reports and sharing insights with managers and stakeholders
What we\’re looking for
We want someone who can bring energy and accuracy to the role, while being a true team player. You\’ll be confident juggling multiple tasks and enjoy building strong working relationships across the business.
- Background in retail administration or a similar support role would be beneficial
- Recruitment experience (either in-house or agency) is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Confident communicator who can liaise with colleagues at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
