Are you highly organised, people-focused, and ready for your next career move? We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment & Operations Assistant to join a growing Head Office team in Plymouth.

This is a varied role where you\’ll be at the heart of the operations, supporting both internal departments and retail stores. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning your hand to different tasks, this could be the role for you.

What you\’ll be doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for retail store queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly or directed to the right team
  • Supporting with recruitment activity for new store openings – previous recruitment experience would be a real advantage here
  • Handling HR-related queries for both store and Head Office employees
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for staff
  • Managing system user accounts, staff discount cards and training documents
  • Collecting, recording and reporting on departmental data, including Health & Safety reports
  • Producing reports and sharing insights with managers and stakeholders

What we\’re looking for

We want someone who can bring energy and accuracy to the role, while being a true team player. You\’ll be confident juggling multiple tasks and enjoy building strong working relationships across the business.

  • Background in retail administration or a similar support role would be beneficial
  • Recruitment experience (either in-house or agency) is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Confident communicator who can liaise with colleagues at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
