Overview
Payroll Administrator (Temporary Role) – Location: Saltash with free parking on site. Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (35 hours per week, 1-hour lunch). Pay: £25,000 per annum.
What you\’ll be doing
- Processing payroll data accurately and on time
- Using computer systems and software to input, update and maintain records
- Handling telephone and email queries in a professional and approachable way
- Supporting colleagues and assisting with general administration tasks
- Learning the payroll process step by step, with ongoing guidance
What we\’re looking for
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers
- Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office packages
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and spoken
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
- Previous office or administration experience would be helpful, but not essential
