Legal Assistant

Pertemps is excited to be recruiting for a Legal Assistant on behalf of our client in Kingsbridge. If you\’re highly organised, proactive, and have an eye for detail, this role could be perfect for you!

???? Location: Kingsbridge
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing new client files and making sure all legal procedures are followed
Drafting and preparing documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Handling correspondence, checking for errors, and ensuring high-quality standards
Organizing diaries, scheduling appointments, and keeping everything running efficiently
Providing friendly and professional support to clients, both in person and over the phone
Assisting with legal research, marketing events, and general admin tasks
Using LEAP (if you have experience, that’s a big advantage!)

What We’re Looking For:

Someone with strong administrative skills and great attention to detail
A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
A proactive, organized individual who can manage multiple tasks
Experience in a legal setting is essential and LEAP knowledge is highly desirable
