Graphic Designer – Head Office, Plymouth Permanent | Full-time | Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm Are you a creative thinker with a flair for design? Pertemps, on behalf of our client, are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the Head Office design team in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of creative projects, from packaging and seasonal campaigns to print and digital communication design. You’ll be collaborating with a dynamic team, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and delivering high-quality designs that capture attention and elevate the brand. What you’ll be doing: Developing eye-catching visual concepts for packaging and seasonal campaigns. Creating and adapting artwork files from templates, ensuring brand consistency. Preparing images and artwork for print, with creative retouching where needed. Collaborating with the design team to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines. Applying your knowledge of print, branding, and finishes to produce engaging designs. Managing design files effectively, keeping everything organised and accessible. Presenting your ideas confidently, with strong communication skills to support your creative vision.What we’re looking for: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (essential). A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design range, ideally including packaging. Excellent typographic skills and a sharp eye for detail. Experience designing for both print and web, with solid knowledge of colour profiles and file formatting. An understanding of branding principles and the retail industry (advantageous).About you: Creative, confident, and able to think outside the box. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. A collaborative team player who also thrives when working independently.
