Digital Trading Executive, join one of the UK\’s fastest-growing privately owned retailers, as a Digital Trading Executive at their Plymouth Head Office. With over 200 stores nationwide and a spot on the Sunday Times Top Track 100, we\’re expanding rapidly and we want you to help shape our digital future.

Location: Plymouth, Devon • Full-time | Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:30

Key Responsibilities

• Own sales KPIs and category performance
• Analyse conversion, bounce rates, and engagement
• Execute merchandising strategies across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Conduct competitor analysis and trend spotting
• Align product sequencing and taxonomy with seasonal demand
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign success

What You Bring

• Background in E-Commerce, Marketing, or Sales (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, GA4, BI tools)
• Commercial acumen and target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
