Temporary Administrators – 6-Month Contracts £13.37-£14.13 per hour Based in Derriford, Plymouth Pertemps are working on behalf of our client to recruit two experienced and highly organised administrators for immediate start. These are full-time, temporary roles for an initial period of 6 months, working across two busy and varied teams within a large, well-established organisation. With seasonal peaks over the coming months, these positions offer the chance to play an important part in supporting high-volume administrative processes and ensuring a smooth service for both internal colleagues and external contacts. Key responsibilities: Accurately process and update large volumes of information and records. Carry out manual data entry with attention to detail and efficiency. Respond to incoming enquiries via email, providing clear and professional communication. Work collaboratively with colleagues to follow established processes and meet deadlines.What we’re looking for: Confident IT and digital skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data. A methodical approach to prioritising and organising work. Strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential – sector experience is a bonus, but not required.The details: Ideally full-time (35 hours per week).
