Pertemps are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Temporary Administrator to join a busy Commercial Waste team based in Plymouth. This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The initial assignment is for 26 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the team
- Data inputting, raising invoices and goods receipting
- Setting up and amending new accounts
- Handle correspondence and communication with customers, clients and stakeholders to resolve any issues and queries
- Manage and organise financial documents and records
- Assist with financial reporting and data entry
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a financial administration setting is required
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
