Part-time Telesales

Pertemps are recruiting for two Part-time Telesales positions to join our client’s team in Saltash. This role involves engaging with existing customers, introducing them to preloaded product deals, and processing orders.Role: Part-Time Telesales (x2 positions) – Approx. 18 hours per weekLocation: SaltashHours: 8:00am – 11:30am (flexible for the right person)Pay Rate: £13.75 per hourContract: Temp-to-PermStart Date: ASAPResponsibilities:

• Contacting existing retail customers and promoting product deals
• Processing orders and managing customer queries
• Building relationships and encouraging repeat business
• Ensuring accurate data entry and order processing

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Sales-focused mindset with the ability to upsell where appropriate
• Good attention to detail for processing orders accurately
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Previous Sales experience is essential
