Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Support Assistant to join the team. Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Up to £28K (Depending on experience) with a profit sharing bonus after three months. Responsibilities/Duties: * General processing of orders, quotations, account setups and order entry. * Responding to customer enquiries and resolving queries via email, phone, live chat and other methods within agreed timeframes. * Making outbound account care calls to existing customers to offer alternative products etc. * Monitoring back orders and communicating lead times to customers. * Managing estimated delivery dates and customer expectations. * Processing of orders via WEB, setting up and managing ordering portal, and encouraging as many customers as possible to order via this method. Secondary methods for order processing are via e-mail/verbal. * Raising returns and collections. * Releasing orders to warehouse in a timely manner. * Logo setups. * Ensuring internal KPIs are met. * Any other duties as required by your Line Manager. Skills/Attritube Required: * Strong organisational skills, disciplined approach, accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure, follow tasks through to completion, team player but able to use and work on own initiative. * Must be computer literate. * Ability to get on well with colleagues and customers. * Effective communication skills – verbal, written and listening. * Desire too offer service excellence to both internal and external customers. * Positive attitude Education: * Minimum 5 GCSE grades A-D Benefits: * 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays, rising to 25 on a loyalty scheme
