They supply a wide range within their field. They also specialise in site safety solutions to contractors, distributors, and hire companies nationwide. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts, develop client relationships, and support the expanding team.This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is ready to grow with the business and have a real impact on its future success. You will have great opportunities to grow within a fast-moving and expanding businessThe RoleThis is a full-time, hands-on position based at our Northampton office, with regular travel to client sites and projects across the UK. The role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business, guiding the sales team, and working closely with operations and marketing to drive overall growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead sales activities and help meet revenue targetsDevelop strategies to grow the customer base and increase market presenceManage key client relationships and support the internal sales teamAttend meetings and visit construction sites to assess needs and close dealsWork with operations, marketing, and management to align goalsPrepare pipeline reports and contribute to sales forecastingWhat They’re Looking ForSolid background in B2B sales (construction, safety products, manufacturing, or similar)Confidence in managing client accounts and building new relationshipsGood understanding of sales cycles, commercial awareness, and negotiationComfortable visiting live construction sites and working with contractorsExcellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skillsExperience with CRM systems is helpfulSome knowledge of the construction industry is a bonus, but not essentialWhat They OfferFull-time, stable role based in Northampton with national client visitsCompany car or car allowanceLaptop, phone, and any required tools providedTravel expenses fully coveredFull training and ongoing supportPension scheme and standard company benefitsProgression Interested?
