Overview

We’re looking for a passionate IT & Digital Skills Trainer who’s ready to inspire the next generation of tech talent. You\’ll bring digital skills to life, delivering practical, engaging training across IT, cybersecurity, programming, and more. As part of our Service Delivery team, you\’ll help learners build confidence, progress into careers, and gain the qualifications that open new doors.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, hands-on training in IT and digital skills (Level 2).
  • Support learners\’ individual development — identifying strengths, building confidence, and helping them hit their goals.
  • Keep lessons engaging, relevant, and adaptable to different learning styles.
  • Track progress, attendance, and outcomes, ensuring learners stay on course.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to keep delivery standards high and learner experience seamless.

Qualifications

  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS or Level 4 teaching qualification, or level 3 teaching/assessors qualification).
  • Full UK Driving License and access to a car when required. This role may involve regional travel.
  • Solid industry experience in IT, digital, or a related field.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the digital sector and emerging tech trends relating to the ICT industry.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping people learn, grow, and achieve their goals.
  • Able to demonstrate commitment to safeguarding and health and safety in the workplace.
