This provider offers tailored academic and vocational programmes for learners who may not thrive in mainstream education, helping them gain the skills and confidence needed for further education, employment, or apprenticeships. As Lead Tutor, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the educational setting, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for students with a range of complex needs and behaviours.
