- a starting salary of £38,000 - £41,500 with bonus opportunities (after qualifying period)

About the Role:
The Apprenticeship Performance Manager will oversee the Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring learners have an excellent experience. Key duties include:
- Managing a team of Apprenticeship Tutors to meet performance targets
- Achieving targets for learner success, recruitment, and progression
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding guidelines
- Coaching Apprenticeship Tutors to meet individual and team goals
- Collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and other teams to support business growth
- Overseeing the delivery of functional skills in maths and English
- Conducting regular observations to maintain quality teaching and learning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes and achieving performance targets
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding and Ofsted regulations
- Experience leading a team of Assessors or Tutors
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with e-portfolios and software platforms
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
