Pertemps Work Based Learning is currently collaborating with a leading national training provider, rated 'Good' by Ofsted. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in Apprenticeship delivery and Project Management.
We are seeking an Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach to join on a fully remote basis. The Skills Coach will be responsible for delivering Level 4 qualifications in Associate Project Management (APM) to individuals working towards their apprenticeship qualifications.
Salary: Up to £35,000

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach Associate Project Manager (APM):
- Deliver engaging learning programmes to support learners in achieving their Apprenticeship Qualification in APM.
- Utilise and develop a range of resources and techniques, tailored to individual learners' needs.
- Observe and assess work produced by learners to ensure it meets the required standard and reflects the learner's qualification.
- Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help learners maximise their potential.
- Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of your workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met, while providing an outstanding learner experience.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Conduct visits to learners' workplaces to support them and gather evidence.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications for the Project Management Skills Coach:
- Hold a recognised Project Management qualification such as APM, Prince2, or equivalent.
- Vocational experience in Project Management.
- Assessors Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent).
- Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience in delivering training and coaching sessions to apprenticeship learners in Leadership and Management.
- Knowledge of Project Management standards is highly desirable.
