With a strong UK and international presence, they work in partnership with governments, schools, and communities to deliver evidence-based programmes and services across early years, schools, adult learning, and careers guidance. ________________________________________ About the Role: Were looking for a Level 6 qualified Careers Adviser to join the team in Brentford, delivering on-site careers education, information, advice, and guidance (CEIAG) to students in schools and colleges. This is a term-time only, three-day-per-week position, offering a fantastic opportunity to support young people in shaping their future. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-to-one and group careers guidance sessions. Support Careers Leaders in achieving the Gatsby Benchmarks. Keep CEIAG Google Classrooms up to date with Labour Market Information (LMI) and relevant resources. Organise career talks, workshops, and employer engagement activities. Build strong relationships with students, including those with SEND or from disadvantaged backgrounds, and engage parents/carers where appropriate. Support administrative and reporting duties in line with contract requirements and quality standards. ________________________________________ What Youll Need: Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance (CIAG) essential. Experience working with young people, preferably in a school or college setting. Strong understanding of post-16 education, training, and employment opportunities. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds. Experience supporting young people with SEND or from vulnerable groups.
