We are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced solicitors while managing your own caseload and supporting the wider team in delivering high-quality legal services. Client care sits at the heart of this role, and the successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring clients feel supported, understood, and valued throughout their legal journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising and assisting clients with a high standard of care, professionalism, and empathy
- Managing your own caseload and supporting solicitors with theirs
- Reviewing and assessing information, evidence, and legal issues
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and case files
- Accurately recording time and meeting billing and performance targets
- Contributing to business development activities, including networking and marketing where appropriate
- Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and internal firm policies
About You
- Previous experience in Private Client work (e.g. Wills, Probate, LPAs) is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and client care skills, particularly in sensitive matters
- Proactive, motivated, and keen to learn and develop
- IT literate and comfortable using case management systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
