The predicted salary is between 28000 - 36000 £ per year.

Remote position with hours of 37.5 per week and a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000, plus 25 days holiday and bank holidays.

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate CIPD and Management Trainer/Skills Coach to deliver high-quality training across Apprenticeship and Commercial programmes, including:

  • HR & People Development
  • Learning & Development
  • Leadership & Management
  • Coaching

This role is primarily remote, with occasional face-to-face delivery. Beyond training, you will mentor learners, support assessment preparation, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance teaching methods and curriculum development. You should be adaptable, able to assess individual learning needs, and confident in introducing engaging and innovative teaching techniques.

Programmes Delivered:
CIPD Levels 3, 5, and 7
CMI Levels 3 and 5
Team Leading & Operations Management
HR, L&D, and Coaching Programmes

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive training (online and face-to-face as required).
Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and remote learning environments.
Develop and implement lesson plans and schemes of work.
Mark learner assignments and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and the Education Inspection Framework.
Record and report learner progress to management.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to address learner concerns.
Champion safeguarding, equality, and health & safety best practices.

Requirements
Previous experience delivering CIPD and Management training programmes, including apprenticeships.
Experience in training, assessment, reporting, and learner development.
Vocational competence to deliver CIPD and Management training up to Level 7.
CIPD-qualified (ideally Level 5 or above).
Maths & English Level 2 (GCSE A*-C / 9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2).
Level 4 Teaching Qualification (or willingness to obtain).
Level 3 Teaching Qualification & Assessor Qualification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
Management qualification at Level 5 or above.
