Are you an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach with a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top 1% Ofsted-rated provider, supporting learners across the South West in Business and Management apprenticeship standards.
The Role:
- As an Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training, supporting learners through to End-Point Assessment (EPA).
- You will deliver online and face-to-face coaching sessions, ensuring learners develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to succeed.
- This role is primarily remote, with some face-to-face learner support at client premises and monthly team meetings at the head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Level 5 Operational Departmental Manager, Level 3 Team Leader, and other Business & Management apprenticeships.
- Experience in delivering Level 4 Associate Project Management (APM) is highly desirable.
- Provide one-to-one and group coaching sessions, both online and in person.
- Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring timely completions.
- Conduct regular progress reviews, track learner progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and deliver high-quality learning materials and resources tailored to individual learner needs.
- Ensure all teaching, learning, and assessment activities align with Ofsted and ESFA requirements.
- Use e-portfolio systems to track and monitor learner progress efficiently.
- Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment (EPA) by delivering mock assessments, guiding them through Gateway, and providing exam support.
- Collaborate with employers to ensure apprenticeship training aligns with workplace needs and learner development.
- Provide pastoral support, ensuring learners remain motivated and engaged throughout their learning journey.
- Take part in monthly standardisation meetings to ensure consistency in assessment and delivery practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and best practices to enhance training delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
- Assessing Qualification (CAVA, TAQA, or equivalent).
- L5 Qualification in Leadership & Management or vocational competence within Management.
- Experience delivering Business & Management apprenticeships (L3-L5).
- Experience in Associate Project Management (APM) Level 4 is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of ESFA funding and Ofsted requirements.
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in OneFile or other e-portfolio systems.
