We are excited to support one of England's fastest-growing training providers in their search for an experienced Apprenticeship Manager. This hybrid role offers a starting salary of £38,000 - £41,500 with bonus opportunities (after qualifying period), 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 33 days), healthcare plan, life insurance, flexible benefits and access to online learning resources are available post-probation. Home based role, with regional travel requirements.
About the Role:
The Apprenticeship Performance Manager will oversee the Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring learners have an excellent experience. Key duties include:
- Managing a team of Apprenticeship Tutors to meet performance targets.
- Achieving targets for learner success, recruitment, and progression.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding guidelines.
- Coaching Apprenticeship Tutors to meet individual and team goals.
- Collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and other teams to support business growth.
- Overseeing the delivery of functional skills in maths and English.
- Conducting regular observations to maintain quality teaching and learning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes and achieving performance targets.
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding and Ofsted regulations.
- Experience leading a team of Assessors or Tutors.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with e-portfolios and software platforms.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
