Administration Assistant – Connections team Stockton Temporary up to £11.44 to 11.71 DOE Monday to Friday, 37 hours. Free parking Our client is Northern Powergrid, based in Stockton. Their vision is to be the best energy company in serving their customers whilst delivering sustainable energy solutions. They are looking for an Administrator to support them within their Connections Department. The hourly pay rate is £11.44. The successful candidate must have good attention to detail, have the ability to manage a high workload and work well within a team. Proficient IT skills are essential as you will be required to work between a number of different IT systems. This position would suit a candidate who enjoys variety within the workplace and who and can adapt their working style. Duties will include : Processing applications for new electricity connections that come into the business via email, post and a bespoke online system. Data input Setting up the jobs on the system ready to pass to the estimating team Printing of plans (maps) that are related to the customers application Working to strict deadlines to meet the company’s standard The hours of work are 8:30am to 4:40pm (37 hours per week) Monday to Friday.
