We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding manufacturing business with a strong reputation for innovation and quality. Following significant investment in a new, modern production facility, our client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to support continued growth and strengthen customer partnerships across Scotland and the North of England.
Reporting to the Head of Division, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join an ambitious organisation at an exciting stage of development. This is a field-based position with responsibility for managing and developing a defined territory.
- Develop and grow sales within an existing customer portfolio while actively identifying and securing new opportunities.
- Take full ownership of customer accounts, ensuring a proactive and professional approach at all times.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver and exceed agreed sales objectives and performance targets.
