As our Resourcing Systems, Reporting and Data Lead, your role is critical to ensure that our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and all the systems it links to is functioning effectively and efficiently, to enable the team to attract and process the thousands of applications we receive each year, with the user experience and journey for our client and our candidates at the heart of your focus. The data, insight and recommendations you will provide, will help shape the way we work and be critical to inform decision making and implement process improvements.
Location: Central Reading with hybrid working options.
Key responsibilities:
- Relationship and operational management of ATS, as well as other resourcing related systems, streamlining system workflows and processes to drive efficiency.
- Lead on implementation of system updates and developments from small to large scale projects to ensure the resourcing systems and workflows remain fit for purpose.
- Full end to end testing of any system updates and developments to ensure they are working effectively before final implementation.
- Develop and deliver data sets to meet reporting requirements, identifying the data needed for the required outcome of your stakeholder.
- Data analysis, identifying trends of resourcing activity and performance and making recommendations for continuous improvement to the end to end resourcing process and service delivery, identifying risks and providing solutions to mitigate.
- First line support for systems queries and IT issues.
- IT support to new team members, including creation of user accounts and all system access and ordering IT equipment (laptop and phone) ensuring devices are set up prior to new starters first day.
- Being present in the office for new starters first day(s) and for team events/meetings to support with IT set up.
- Managing the leaver process to ensure assets are returned and user access shut down in a timely manner.
- Providing support and training to Hiring Managers and key stakeholders on systems.
- Power BI dashboard reporting, working with Pertemps technology team and business analysts.
- Producing PowerPoint data and insight packs for senior leadership team meetings.
What we're looking for:
- Experience within a Resourcing ATS or HR systems environment.
- Management information reporting, development and analysis.
- Strong technical aptitude with a passion for IT, systems and technology.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills essential, with knowledge of SharePoint).
- Experience of Power BI dashboards.
- Someone who can communicate clearly and confidently, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Tackle challenges with a solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
