At Pertemps Heathrow, we’re growing our team and looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage a hot driving desk. This is an exciting opportunity to work with big-name clients, build long-term relationships, and play a key role in connecting great people with great jobs.

💼 What you’ll do:

✔️ Manage and grow a busy driving & logistics desk

✔️ Source, interview, and place drivers into roles

✔️ Build strong relationships with clients and candidates

✔️ Develop new business opportunities

✔️ Be part of a high-energy, supportive team

👀 Who we’re looking for:

• Confident communicators who love working with people
• Organised and proactive team players
• Recruitment experience is a bonus (but not essential)
• If you’ve worked in transport planning, HGV driving, logistics, or fleet management, we’d love to hear from you – your knowledge of the industry could make you a perfect fit!
