Job Description
Pertemps Derby is looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by results and proud to work within our award-winning branch.

You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and delivering recruitment solutions that add real value to both clients and candidates.
You will manage the full recruitment process, working closely with both clients and candidates within our temporaries division.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with warm clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
- Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
About You
- Proven experience in a customer focussed role, sales, recruitment, or a target-driven environment (recruitment experience preferred but not essential)
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
