Production Assembly Operative Location: Ashbourne, Derbyshire Salary: £28k Employment Type: Permanent and Temp-to-Perm opportunities available Are you an experienced Production Assembly Operative? We’re looking for a skilled and reliable individual to join our team, building and assembling high-quality products used across a range of industries. Key Responsibilities Complete the full build and assembly of products to meet quality, safety, and production standards Use a variety of hand tools and equipment for mechanical assembly (essential) Interpret and work from engineering drawings Kit components accurately and efficiently Maintain adherence to 5S and workplace organisation standards Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy working environment Key Skills Have previous experience in manufacturing or assembly work Be confident using hand tools and working with mechanical components Be able to read and interpret engineering drawing Demonstrate excellent attention to detail Have a positive, can-do attitude Have their own transport due to the location of the site (Ashbourne, Derbyshire)
